We encourage you to make your magic selections carefully, AS ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Remember, when you purchase magic, an important part of what you receive are the secrets, which can never be returned. Return any defective merchandise for immediate replacement by an identical item in proper working order. Defective merchandise must be returned within 5 days of purchase.

Depending on special circumstances, however, an exchange or credit MIGHT, AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF MAGIC MAX, be given. The product must be complete and in pristine condition. You must contact our office within five days of purchase with your receipt. In the rare event that a refund IS given, a MINIMUM of 15% restocking fee will be charged. VIDEOS AND BOOKS MAY NOT BE RETURNED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AT ANY TIME.
